More than a year has passed since KUNDERT AG acquired Hilty Engineering AG in May 2024. In the meantime, both companies and teams have been working closely together, key processes have been standardised, and sales activities for both companies have been handled by KUNDERT AG since the beginning of 2025.

The merger of the two companies followed in order to increase efficiency and strengthen their market position. Since 16 December 2025, both locations have been operating under the roof of KUNDERT AG.

KUNDERT thus combines plastic machining, plastic injection moulding, polyurethanes and semi-finished plastic products at the highest level and with the widest variety of materials.
